1. Nature of Services QRF Funding provides users with access to a simulated trading environment. All accounts provided by QRF Funding are demo accounts with virtual funds. No real trading is executed on live financial markets. Our services are strictly for educational and skill evaluation purposes.

2. No Brokerage Services QRF Funding is not a broker, bank, or financial institution. We do not accept deposits for investment purposes, and we do not provide financial advice. The "Challenge Fees" paid by users are for access to our evaluation software and platform.

3. Risk Warning Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. Performance in a simulated environment does not guarantee future results in live markets. Users should be aware that most retail traders lose money.

4. Payout Policy Payouts are rewards based on performance within the simulated environment according to the specific rules of the chosen challenge. QRF Funding reserves the right to deny payouts in cases of prohibited trading strategies (e.g., latency arbitrage, high-frequency trading, or exploiting platform glitches).

5. Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles. By using our services, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Seychelles.
